Abstract

For soprano and organ, duration 20 minutes. This piece was first performed on 1 July 2001 by Gillian Keith (soprano) and Mathew Martin (organ) at the Cheltenham Music Festival. It is Part 4 of the cycle 'A ribbon of time' which takes the poetry of Emily Dickinson as its starting point.
