Abstract

For piano trio (violin, cello and piano), duration 9 minutes. This work was co-commissioned by the Moritzburg and Rye festivals and was written in memory of two friends of the composer. It was premiered on 21 August 2004 by Jan Vogler (cello), Benjamin Schmid (violin) and Alfredo Perl (piano) at Schloß, Moritzburg.
