Abstract

Scored for wind, brass, percussion and harp with 6 double basses, duration 5.5 minutes. The piece is dedicated to John Fosbrook and Madeleine Bradbury-Rance, and was premiered on 22 January 2009 by the BBC National Orchestra of Wales conducted by Thierry Fischer in Hoddinott Hall, Cardiff.
