Abstract

For violin and cello soloists, strings, percussion, harp and piano, duration 24 minutes. This work was premiered on 15 August 2015 at the Festival-Zelt, Gstaad, by Patricia Kopatchinskaja (violin) and Sol Gabetta (cello) with the Gstaad Festival Orchestra conducted by Kristjan Järvi.
