Abstract

For orchestra, duration 20 minutes. This work was commissioned by Radio Three and the BBC Symphony Orchestra, and premiered at the Barbican Hall in February 2003 conducted by Donald Runnicles. In 2003 it was also shortlisted in the orchestral category of the inaugural British Composers Awards.
